We send you a reminder text message or email (whichever is your preference) two days before your scheduled appointment time. If we don't get a response we will try to call you. If we cannot get in touch with you for a confirmation we hold the right to cancel the appointment.
We understand that some circumstances are out of our control and emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible preferably within a 24hr time frame. This allows other clients the opportunity to fill the appointment.
New clients to the salon will incur a $50 booking deposit, which will be deducted off your final bill when you attend. If you have to reschedule, the deposit will roll over to your next appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no show, the deposit will not be refunded.
We take great pride in our work, so if you aren't happy neither are we! The last thing we want is for any client to walk out dissapointed. Upon consultation we assess your hair, discuss what styles/colours you have in mind and factor in your lifestyle. Together we will discuss options and suitability. We will 100% guarantee any hair service we do, therefore if you aren't happy with your hair within the first week of having it done please contact us as soon as possible. We would then invite you back in to rectify the issue.
